Taking the fight against Colon Cancer to the StreetsREGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 7TH ANNUAL RUN/WALK SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2010 LAKE MERCED, SAN FRANCISCO
Sunday, October 3, 2010 - Lake Merced, San Francisco, California. Registration and Start/Finish Line tentatively located at "The Circle" where Sunset Blvd. meets Lake Merced Blvd. Some parking is available in the parking lot and in the surrounding streets. Course Map coming soon.
Race Day Registration and Check-In for pre-registered participants begins at 7:30 a.m. - Walk/Run Begins at 9:00 a.m. - There is a timed 4 mile finish. Enjoy a post race pancake breakfast and other fun activities.
While Fundraising is not mandatory, participants are encouraged to raise funds. Prizes awarded to top fundraisers. Every penny raised helps prevent Colon Cancer.

The Colon Cancer Awareness Walk/Run is fast approaching. Thank you all for being part of this momentous event.
Walk/Run Location The 4 Mile Walk/Run will take place at Lake Merced in San Francisco. Registration, Start and Finish will take place at "The Circle" where Sunset Blvd. meets Lake Merced Blvd. Parking Parking available in the parking lot and in the surrounding streets.(see Lake Merced Course Map) - Map available soon. Check-in The walk/run begins promptly at 9:00 AM on Sunday , October34th. Pre-registered participants check-in to pick up your Bib Number starting at 7:30 A.M. Race Day registration will run from 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM. If you have not turned in your WAIVER, please download the form from the website and turn it in. 6TH ANNUAL 4 MILE RUN/WALK 900 Runners and Walkers answered the call to Get Your Rear in Gear, Sunday, October 4, 2090.
Together we raised $80,000 which will go a long to service the uninsured and underinsured in our community! The Top Individual Fundraiser Award went to Tracy Werle with $2,635. Top Team Fundraiser was Team Innes with $2,390. Thank you to ALL Fundraisers!
